MS Dynamics AX profiles with financial background for Codan

We are looking for two operational Finance System Specialists to strengthen our team. The two Finance System Specialists will play a central role as a link between Finance and IT, focusing on MS Dynamics AX.  

Your responsibilities

As our new Finance System Specialist you will focus on Dynamics AX and the various modules. You have insight into system functionality and how functionality supports the business processes; both within Finance and in the remaining part of the organization.

You will be responsible for operational task as well as project deliveries. You are the go-to person in all kinds of AX related questions, and you thrive in the advisory role when meeting the business’ needs for AX System support.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • To act as the link between the business and IT in connection with implementation of AX module enhancements
  • Ensure high quality in dataflow from feeding systems to AX by optimizing and secure daily run of the platform in cooperation with our IT department. 
  • Ensure handling and prioritizing of incidents and change requests in cooperation with our IT department – including analysis, registration and communication to stakeholders
  • Ensure high quality operational testing of all system changes before changes are set in 
  • Support of super users, including training etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the AX solution as change manager and act as link between business and IT both in relation to daily maintenance and enhancement of the AX platform.

The two roles are based in Copenhagen, but you will act on a Nordic basis across RSA Scandi. 

Personal and professional skills

The Ideal candidate holds a Financial education on Bachelor or Master level. You may have experience working as a Super User in connection with an AX implementation or you have worked with AX implementation as a business consultant. Most important is that you understand how AX can optimize and facilitate financial processes, and that you are motivated to find the best solutions in supporting our business.

You have min. 3 years of experience running financial operations. Your theoretical and practical financial background is combined with strong interest in and solid experience from Dynamics AX – preferably from module implementations.

Experience from the business side of enhancing an ERP system (Dynamics AX including GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank and Fixed Assets modules) is required.

As a person you are outgoing, dedicated and have strong stakeholder management skills. You can easily communicate with all levels in the organization, and you know how to drive things forward and make things happen together with relevant stakeholders in the organization.

You have good communication skills in English enabling you to present complex subjects in a simple way
